Delete your Edgewatch account

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

Open Edgewatch and sign in.
Go to the Account tab.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2: by email (if you can’t access the app)

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Edgewatch account”, from the email address you signed in with. If you used Sign in with Apple with “Hide My Email”, include the relay address shown in iPhone Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Edgewatch. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we complete it within 30 days (usually within 2 business days).

Cancel your subscription separately. Deleting your account does not cancel Edgewatch Pro, because Apple and Google bill it. Cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.

What is deleted

Your login (email address, name, sign-in provider and user ID)
Your profile and settings, including notification preferences
Your tracked traders and alert history
Your device push tokens
Your referral code redemptions
Data stored on your device is cleared when you are signed out

What is kept, and for how long

Support messages you sent are unlinked from your account and kept up to 24 months to resolve disputes and improve the app, unless you ask us to delete them too.
Pseudonymous analytics and crash data (linked to a random ID, never your email or name) are kept up to 24 months and 90 days respectively, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Purchase records held by Apple, Google and our subscription provider RevenueCat are kept as required by tax and accounting law.
Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis within [7] days.
